Marty is a native of Atlanta and Owner/CEO of The Harbin Agency, Inc. He is a graduate of Woodward Academy and Georgia State University.
Marty began his insurance career with The Harbin Agency in 1977 and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1993. As an independent insurance agent, Marty provides Personal, Commercial, and Life insurance services to customers throughout Georgia and surrounding states. As a Registered Representative with Cambridge Investment Inc., Marty provides a full range of retirement and investment services.
Marty and his wife, Debbie, have been married and living in Tyrone since 1978. They have six married children and eleven grandchildren (so far). They are members of Flat Creek Baptist Church.
